Shop owner returned items with my name, they werent mine... ???

This poor guy got lots of comments from people about a set of furniture in his shop that was set for sale. These all had my name on them as the owner. I do not own the items. I did not even have them in my inventory before they got returned. I am wondering if this has happened to other people, I find it hard to believe it was a bug but I have no additional data on it. There is no chance of anyone 'borrowing' my account in any form.

LazLoe! I don't know how this happened without more info--I'd suggest you think through all the ways you might have possibly been able to acquire them.
