I would like to speak out about the tone of the forums sometimes.
Yes I run a business in sl and trying to build it up is not easy with the constant problems. However Just like when rude people forget there is a person behind each Avatar, I think we have to look at the situation from LLs side too. They are after all policeing a frontier a bit like the wild west, and we should allow contingency for downtime, it's not doing LLs business any good to be offline either.
We are all on the same side here I believe?
If you look at the reports on the current downtime, note the amount of hours Jesska Linden has been working?
I for one will try to be patient and only start whining when I have a real problem .

Thanks Wolf, one of our primary concerns, especially on the community team, is to ensure that communication channels are open and easy between Linden Lab and the Second Life community. Have fun out there! :)
