I'd like to know what email address I need to contact when I get bad customer service.
I was suspended a few days ago and I didn't get an email back from the abuse-manager and I didn't get a case number, which I at least get when I email about a tech issue.
I called the support number and I was told there was no way at all for me to get in contact with anyone that handles disputes on punishments, I was nice and I was honest, but I got told all they would handle was things related to issues running the client and money issues.
I do not think it is a good system, I feel neglected, and the lack of phone support is very unproffesional.
Who do I need to email to further discuss this issue and get a dialogue going?
