Running a private-branded island or 503(C)-run island on the Teen Grid.

Who do I contact about purchasing an island (or islands) to either 1) be privately branded like Stagecoach Island, or 2) Be a controlled-access private island or islands on the Teen grid, like that other charity that tested their island on the main adult grid before moving it to the teen grid?
