Changed Avatar

I dont know what happened. I logged out earlier today and came back several hours later. when I returned, however, things had changed. My avatar was now a WOMAN with a DIFFERENT FACE and the CLOTHES WERE ALTERED. I dont know if there is some kind of problem in the game or if someone else got onto my account and messed with me. I changed my password in case it was the latter, but I dont think it is because I havent given my password out and my character is only about a week old. I skimmed through your Known Issues and couldnt find anything related to this problem. Sorry to fill up the forums with stuff like this... I just dont want it to happen again.
