going to email whether you are on or not even from people already on Mute people.

only way i was able to resolve that was turn off IM to Email option.

Please correct this option I do not like getting Emails from muted residents especially ones that use alts to harass you. And I cleanout out 400 emails from my box from everyone all together lol.

Several releases ago, the feature to mute IMs when you're offline was added. So it shouldn't happen now. If it still does, please send me (torley@lindenlab.com) the # of your bug report with the exact repro to be absolutely sure, and I'll check it out with Quality Assurance.
