Recently I posted about griefers and this follwo up may get me ban from posting but the simple reply I recived because I commented that abuse reports do not seem to be followed thru unless it effects the interest of major power players. I was told that the users are given the power to handle much of the grief ok well how do you handle some insignaficant slime who decides to send note cards to several nice ladies who rent from my rental community Rape Cards they filed reports will anything get done doubt it. Will this person continue to harrass other women of course why he can sign up for as many accounts as he wishes and continue this behavior unchecked. Fine I am told we have the power to control this well havent seen it if we as business owners cant supply some form of protection other then spending for this gadget or that gadget to protect a area that really the land ban should suffice but doesnt because we know there are ways around that.

This is a excert from one of these Rape Cards

You will have no control over the nature of the rape and will be there for the pleasure of the rapist. This will be rape.
The experience will be mostly emoted and detailed (no pose balls).
An average rape can last upto 3 or 4 hours, though this is down to the discretion of the rapist and whether or not you can sustain his interest.
There will be no refunds. This is not a service, it's a rape. If events unfold as disagreeable or outside your tastes, such is the nature of being raped.

Of course because I wont violate TOS I did not name the insignaficant low bottom feeding slime this person is becaus of course the criminal always has more rights and protection than the victim but where is enough enough. I dont expect a reply from the Lindens I expect to be cut down or suspened from this forum prehaps but I call upon each and everyone of my fellow citzen to speak up take notice and do not lay silent we are paying customers and being told report abuse but nothing happens needs to come to a end we need to be heard and our reports need to be acted upon. I dont own a Island but I do hold a lot of proerty and maybe my $195.00 a month plus my yearly membership fees means nothing to Second Life but I am sure if I stop recomending Second Life to my friends and they stop recomending it to thier friend maybe we will get heard.

I hope this is taken more seriously and not passed off as some rant for in all honesty it is not Stand up and be heard you have that right

Hey Lobo,

I'm afraid I don't have any info on the reports mentioned here, but we do check every single abuse report. It can be a time consuming process and a resolution may not be immediate or even apparent, but where appropriate there will be a resolution. This is despite who or where you are...major player or not. I hope that your nice renters' reports are addressed soon if they haven't been already, and I'm sorry for your frustration on their behalf.
