Hi, 2 queries.

1. Unable to contact live help. My IM appears to not even be transmitted, can IM other people no problem. Is this a known issue?

Was able to contact a Linden in grid who couldn't help directly with point 2

2. You were due tier and premium yesterday, not taken from my account.

I have seen the suggestion I should contact billing by email, on another thread. Why should I do that? Surely you can't expect me to send an email to billing asking they bill me.

Particularly, when as has been pointed out numerous times in numerous threads these emails are never responded to in a timely fashion, never mind the whole concept that I am expected to be your unpaid credit control department, reminding your paid team to collect my due payment which your system is not collecting. I was under the impression you had a new CFO, surely this should have been objective 1. Ensure payments system functions and collects payments on the due date.

Thanks Torley, but hardly see this as an account specific issue. I am not the only person who has not been billed and not being able to contact live help isn't account specific.

Hi Nowun, sorry this forum isn't for account-specific inquiries so I can't help you further.

(1) Re: Live Help, if your experiences were similar to /139/18/152788/1.html ... please try again.

And (2) our billing system ran behind schedule and should have caught up now. It's possible it was due to the recent database problems. Our apologies.
