well ill not say the online game but i had forgotten my password and the name for the(?)
i call the online game it was a Sunday, they had me back online in 20 Min's.
and i only pay them 15 a mouth.
on the other hand i pay you guys 25 in land fees plues i spend another 200 a mouth.
and i steel have not gotten any help in re doing my password for my land owning alt,
and the sad part is i did not forget my password, you erast it, i am a sweet girl but i cant take no more,
PLZ get up call in HELP, so we all can get or acoint back online,

We want to get you back online as soon as possible. We have to make sure, though, that you're really you and since it's possible the attacker was able to see your security question we don't want to rely on that for validation.

We should have another option available this which will allow you to validate your account and change your password on the website. At the very least though, you'll be able to talk with us on Monday and make the change then.
