What is the policy of someone giving away free camping chairs, and saying they give no commission. But then, a certian time after that item is rezed, it takes $20 from your account and pays the creator, who isn't even online? Is this a scam? The item and person said that it did not give a commission, but it did.

Please send an abuse report on the object so that support can determine if there is a scam in progress. False advertising may be an omission by the creator, or could be a "buyer beware" issue, but we might need to look at the actual functioning of the object to determine this.
Remeber that Support is under an unusually heavy load recently due to increased server orders related to announced price change. Please allow some time for them to contact you about the issue.
