May I bring it to Linden Labs attention then that the email was not delivered to all customers, and suggest that it is resent to everyone.
I have the correct email address on my SL account as I receiver other emails in SL (offline messages/chat) with no problems.
From the lack of response about PayPal, I will take it that its no, PayPal has not been informed
