How does one find out when a peice of land in thier region will come up for sale or auction or possible have it added? There are several peices of Gov land in Cerisyi that I have been waiting to come up for some time now

Depends on what the land is labeled--if it's Protected Land, owned by Governor Linden, it won't be resold, but else, I'd ask Guy Linden on his Second Life Land Management forum:
