How is this getting through QA?

The bug fix;
* Drag-selecting text in a type-in field no longer causes selected text to be stuck

This is not fixed. The bug occurs 100% of the time. (yes, Bug Reported inworld).

Is this something that shows only on the Main Grid and not the Preview Grid? (I did not have the time available to go to the Preiview Grid to test things). Or are the persons "fixing" this not even testing thier "fix", or not testing it properly?

If the former, then I would think the whole of the Preview Grid needs to be looked at as to why it is so different and fix that so it is more simular to the Main Grid to enable correct QA of Bugs and new Features.

If the latter, then please instruct those involved on how to do QA testing.

This is not a slam, nor a rant. Simply suggestions from "outside". For the last three updates, I have seen "fixes" listed for the update that were not fixed. This implies there is a breakdown somewhere, and I believe finding this problem should be paramount to fixing all the others. A proper testing and QA of fixes needs to be in place before proper fixes can be done.

I haven't been able to repro this; it's fixed for me in 1.11.3 unless there's another way you're doing it--email me with the # of your specific and latest repro, Jessy. I'll touch base with QA.
