"Include Screenshot" in "Bug Report" Dialog

Does the "Include Screenshot" checkbox in the "Bug Report" dialog actually cause the screenshot to reach the bug department?

I ask this because the "Include Chat History" in the Abuse Report dialog is disabled, so that abuse reports aren't being sent even though the include chat history box is checked. This suggests to me tthat the same might apply to the bug report screenshot option.

I have spent a long time while filing my many many many bug reports waiting for the screenshot display in the Bug Report dialog to change from a gray loading texture to a screenshot before sending the bug report. This may take a minute or more.

If these screenshots are being intentionally discarded like the chat histories are it would be nice to know.

That would explain why I get responses from the bug people like the one suggesting that all I need to do to make the avatar dots appear on the map is check the people checkbox.

A response like that would make some sense if they couldn't see that the checkbox was checked because they aren't receiving screenshots.
