So this is what happened to Prop 2018:

"Hello,

Feature Proposal 2018: "Transparency in rules enforcement" has been marked 'Can't do' by Linden Lab.

This has resulted in the return of any votes you had placed on proposal 2018 to your account.

Here are the Linden notes: Sorry, this can't be done via the Feature Voting Tool, because it's a policy change.

As it says on the top section of the FTV:

'- please don't put bugs or policy changes into the feature voting tool.'

See http://secondlife.com/vote/vote.php?get_id=2018

Happy voting!"

And i've been told that "The rules are outlined in the TOS".

But in truth that's not all the information.

When are we going to get some real transparency in how the rules are enforced? against whom they are enforced and why?

Where am I allowed to post my requests for transparency and recommendations for policy changes if not the voting tool?

Wish I had more info about this for you; at the moment, I do not, I am sorry.

However, recently, I wrote about policy changes:

I know related, for a long time, policy-wise, there was a lot of confusion about how we treated PG vs. Mature because that wasn't defined in the CS or ToS. A Knowledge Base article was written:

It's safe to say in the future, as we clarify additional details, we'll strive to put them in the Knowledge Base for open and clear — transparent — reference.
