What can we, the paying residents, expect in the way of refunds for a broken, unusable service? I know the TOS says "24 hrs of no connectivity" but this has gone beyond the absurd.
I pay $85.00 / month, USD for something that has now been rendered extremely limited to unusable. It has now been one week of no search functionality, a basic NECESSITY in Second Life. One week is INEXCUSABLE.
Other users have cited other show stopping bugs elsewhere in this forum.

If a bug is really a show-stopper, it should be bug-reported so we can fix it ASAP. Our apologies for the inconveniences, we're continuing to work ardently on numerous issues which've reduced your enjoyment of Second Life. While we don't have a further general compensation plan in place, we've auto-renewed Classifieds for an extra week, as Jesse Linden posted here: http://blog.secondlife.com/2006/12/06/classified-listings-auto-renewed-for-an-extra-week-at-no-charge/
