Last time when we had missing inventory issues, we had some sort of timetable on what was going on and a fix was in the works.

So far, all we've been doing is endlessly filing bug reports and contacting support.

Is there any hope to recover the items or are they gone forever? I miss my chim, but I don't want to buy another if there's some way of recovering them.

Are residents currently getting back what they lost? Did you find the problem to where it can properly be reversed?
