I was just playing a nice round of Poker while getting those messages about problems with the Grid (good thing you put those out btw.). Everything was lagging like hell, but we were still able to play our game of Texas Hold'em. When i wanted to cash out, table said okay here is your money, but the money transfer did not happen and i did not get my nearly 1000L$ i had in the table.
While this is not such a big issue for me, as i work at that pokerplace and know the Owner will take care later of this, for new players this is very upsetting, they don't know that problems with the grid are the cause and sometimes tend to get agressive because they want their money back. The owner was not online right now, but when it happend the first time i saw this, wich was i think the first time you did break the 20k users, she was and said her L$ balance was at 0, wich was a bug and the cause of the pokertable not paying out anyone.
And that i think is a very serious issue, because you always advertise with how you can earn real money in here, and the buissines owners are your best customers, so money transfers should be reliable.
This seems only to happen when the Grid gets too full, so i might suggest a "quick-fix" untill you scale up:
If you reach the magic numer of 20k (or what ever is safe so everyone on can have fun) close logins for Basic members, only allow in Premium users and let the Basic people wait for a place free.
This gets you 20k people not having to deal with lag, failed transfers, missing inventory etc. Also Premium members get a feeling they get some nice extra treatment for their payments and maybe a couple thousand free members yelling at you for not beeing able to log in. Maybe that is better than having 22k People on the Grid but everyone having problems...
So, oh to make it a question, you intend on getting this 0L$ issue sorted out, as i mentioned for every buissnes that relies of paying someone via a script it is a real nasty thing, and do you think my "quick-fix" might be a way to ease the pain for some?
