Group Land Question

Hello All,

I read the wiki page about group owned land, although it did not seem clear on one particular question I had. Let me offer an example scenario -- Say me and a friend were in a group; my friend had a 512m parcel and I had a 1024m parcel. We both decided to make our lots group land for a total single lot of 1536. Now if one of us leaves the group, or the group disolves, what happens? Does the original land contributor have rights to the land they donated to the group? Any clarification on this, or additional insight/input would be GREATLY appreciated.

The simple answer is: if one of you leaves the group, or the group dissolves, eventually, the land will be abandoned to Governor Linden if isn't being covered by donated tier. You may wish to see "How does group-owned land work?" for more info.
