Ok all day i have not been able to log in to SL. Which frustrated me to no end. As a result i called live help and somehow got someone in england who basically had me on my cell phone for half hour just to tell me to clear cache and then to log in using Ahern. Well, that didnt work so he sent me an email saying some link for packet loss??? i mean come on..
If it wasnt for damanios helping me do a command under run to ping, i probly wouldnt still know what to do to try and solve this problem. As it was , when i try and log in to SL it leaves my provider to only get hung up at sprintlink.net and no further. I try and tell SL , they say call my provider. SO i call my provider and in return they tell me that somehow the router or whatever SL is using is somehow blocking me. Like some sort of firewall. I am thinking that is just dandy!@ So, those in texas doing whatever they are doing for SL updates and what not fix it please so i can get in SL. I have had to make unnecessary phone calls that will cost me and got nowhere! At this moment, i still am unable to log in to SL, and its been 17 hours straight i have tried. sigh * i am really dissapointed in the customer service as well for SL, the person didnt know anything at all and basically told me nothing and kept me listening to air for a very long time. That is a serious problem, your people should know how to help in these technical questions or be able to transfer to someone who can help. As i asked several times for that also.
