Can anyone tell me how to go about opening an account for my 13 year old daughter? We are in the UK so she can't register using her mobile phone number and I assume that I can't input my credit card twice.

Arondi! Glad you asked. YES, you can input your credit card number twice. So one for you, one for your daughter. That should work!
