I sent in 5 requist to support and only got one auto reply? Why is it that they act on some issue and not others. its been 2 weeks and only one auto reply with NO more inf SINCE But if i don`t pay my tiers or membership they bitch ! comeone CS wakeup!

No, really Robin Customer Support and Concierge Services are not responding in a timely manner at all. It's less fulfilling than speed dialing a radio station trying to win concert tickets.
You sit on hold for no less than 5 Minutes and then are told to call another number. Same thing happens and you leave a message. Then you send a e-mail. The automated response gives you some hope (because you are desperate by the third day), but you end up here asking 'why?' So.. WHY? and when can we expect this to be resolved?
