What's with Unnamed(1,7)?

Old Wives is up for auction, but I kind of doubt that Unnamed(1,7) is representative of what will actually be there.

Any chance of getting that into it's final state?

It's kind of hard bidding on a sim when you don't know what the view might be in the future.

EDIT:

I'm not asking about auctioning Unnamed(1,7), the issue is that Unnamed(1,7) is right next to Old Wives in the water and it would be nice to know what the view from Old Wives will eventually be like.

Unnamed(1,7) is clearly something left over from the build process or maybe the start of an island or something.

Ralph, I checked the Auction Page, but I didn't see the auction in question, perhaps it was in the process of being edited when you viewed it.
