allowed by payment status pt2

now we did test.

when we say people with no payment info isnt allowed yes it does kick them but not all are griefers.

I suggest:
option 2 manually add allowed no payment people.
or
add a land pass option.

one thing we did notice is that land passes did not come up as an option.

I think that griefers will not pay to come grief. even if they did it would cut out alot of the issues. I got an IM that 7 in 20 minutes were griefing. So my suggestion is land pass option WITH the not allowed option. Please take this into consideration.

To followup on what you said earlier, the "Allow by Payment Status" wording is confusing. We're going to change that to a clearer phrasing that makes more sense.
