I brought this up in another thread, but obviously it wasn't seen. Can you please split up the known issues updates in the future so we can clearly see which items are new since the last update? That list is getting huge and it's hard to remember which ones I've already looked at.

I'll let Karen know you suggested this, Kermitt. I too, find that it'd be easier on the eyes to have a sort order and breaking the list up into chunks, perhaps chronologically as you suggest. Thanx!

Thanks for the suggestion -- it is a good idea. I'm not sure that I can accommodate it right now, however. The reality is we desperately need a better way to get information about known issues to our residents.
Thankfully, we are working on a new system now. This feedback helps me to know what you care about so that we can be sure to address it in the new design!
