Someone want to explain to me why I got booted when trying to TP home to Masan and now won't let me log in?

I got a message saying my account was frozen.

I guess checking out some land for sale for a friend is not allowed anymore?

I changed my log in location to my home and I am still locked out. Switching it to my last location gives me the same result.
