Thanks Torley for your reply yesterday on this.
However, there is still no first land available for new account holders. I notice that lots of the land which is new is nevertheless owned and set for sale at very high prices by the likes of Anshe Chung and Earnest Candour.
Can you explain and justify to me and other frustrated newbies how it is that big real estate dealers like Anshe and Earnest can get hold of new land and make huge profits and we cannot even buy a small parcel on which to build a humble garden shed?
It is not fair!

We sell whole mainland regions at auction to anyone who is interested in purchasing one. the auction winner can keep the region for their own use, or act as a broker for resale by dividing the land up into smaller parcels and offering them for sale. This resale land is what you're seeing.
We regularly put new land up for the First Land program, but the demand has been outstripping supply lately. We will continue to put up new First Land parcels, so you should find something available soon.
