Kelly Linden did an awesome job, in my opinion, of watching the thread, addressing the issues and later explaining in better detail the importance of the change. Kelly also took a few ideas to heart and said they would be explored.

If every blog post was handled like this one I think people would complain a lot less. Yes people didn't all get their way, no all the concerns weren't resolved but there was great and regular communication by Kelly which impresses me considering how few responses some blog posts get!
