Billing Issue

I guess I am not the only one who has not recieved a responce from billing... I called the billing department twice first on monday then again on tuesday... both messages assurem me a responce within 24 hours... to date I have not recieved a responce. I was billed for land I did not own and sold prior to my billing date... I reduced my account to basic Premium and reduced my land use fee's to 0.. and I was still billed for land I was not holding. please let us know whats delaying billing and when we can expect a responce.

Please remember that you are billed for the peak amount of land held in the previous billing cycle. I'm sorry if the current heavy support load has meant a delay in response, but please do attempt to contact us again. If you still receive no response, please email me direcetly at [email]blue@lindenlab.com[/email] and I will let Billing know that you are having trouble getting through.
