Transactions not displaying, again

I posted about this and no one bothered to answer and its happening again.

Im receiving messages from my rental boxes that so and so has paid into them, or if im online i get a notice of payment from the boxes or sales..but on the inworld transaction thing and the transaction page on secondlife.com it is not registering. Only a few show up.

So, im getting offline ims saying ppl are paying into my boxes, but NOTHING showing they have paid in the transaction history. I have no idea if im getting the money in my account.

My major problem with this is, i go to the inworld transaction place and i look at what it lists under 'sales and gifts' and the total of that added up is the number i find under the 'details' tab- nothing more. well i KNOW other payments have came in (other than the ones listed) due to the offline IMs of the rental boxes yet they are not displaying in the "sales/gift" tab and not reflecting in the "detail" tab under total. so am i not getting the money or is it simply just not showing


Why is this happening and when can i expect to see this working again?

Jesseatui, can you please send me an email with screenshots? I'm not previously familiar with this being a broader issue but I'll check it out if it is.
