Is it still possible for groups to get dedicated forums for their groups?
  1. If so:
    1. What are the requirements for establishing such a forum?
    2. What is the procedure for establishing such a forum?

  2. If not:
    1. Why?

We eventually plan to phase out the group forums, in part because they aren't used that much on the whole. However, I do know some have quite a bit of activity and we're perfectly amenable letting them stay on for awhile.
