A few days back I had asked a few questions (along with a small rant about the very very poor customer service I receive for what I pay) I got the cookie cutter response for the database intrusions but I did NOT receive an answer to this....
What is the contact information so I can start applying for credit for unplayable time. This game has become utterly ridiculous and if it wasn't for certain friends I would of stopped paying by now. Next month I am due for another year on my premium and I'm seriously considering cancelling and the land I pay for. I don't expect this bothers you much it hasn't so far. I am just tired of getting ripped off while you guys think you are doing a good job. If I do not receive an answer to this soon I will just cancell and start benefiting from this game by selling content and NOT paying for land. I would think my over a year of paying for land (The bulk of it at 75 a month) should count for something. Even our cable companies give better customer service than LL and I pay more for this!!!!
P.S before anyone assumes I make a profit let me be forthright and tell you I have NEVER made a profit not one month. So if by making a profit and not helping the community or LL by purchasing and paying for land makes you more important than the ones who actually do contribute monthly this world is going to become extremely cutthroat eventually, but I will jump on that bandwagon and pay for something else more worth while.
