And why won't it accept mine?

This is the first time I have run into this one.

Thank you,
Soj

PS...I don't know how the other sims are running lately but I am having trouble on Dreams with a lot of crashes and lag. For a sim only 4 months old it seems odd. (This has happened since the beginning but is getting more frequent.) Is there someone in particular I should talk to or is it just SL?

Soj, I've never seen that one - but usually when there is a packet problem, it is due to an Internet connection issue. This involves connection difficulties which can lie in your home network, at your ISP, at a third-party Internet connection between your ISP and Second Life's provider, or occassionally at Second Life's provider network. The wiki has further steps on how to identify if this is the problem you're experiencing.

You may wish to contact the concierge directly to discuss the trouble you've been having with your private sim, they've often got the most up to date troubleshooting tips and experience when dealing with these types of issues.
