since a few days Liasons profiles "use live help!" and when imed they go #$%343 and ask to IM live help. now-if live help was just liaison populated Fine,but since theres RESIDENT volunteers-there is things i dont want to disclose to everyone.could you get a fix for this?

Hey Lilly, using Live Help is a way for us to make sure more people get the help they need quicker, in part because it allows us to triage problems. If you have something that absolutely needs to be addressed by a Linden, please go to Live Help and explain the problem as generally, asking for assistance from the next available Linden.
And please excuse the wait time lately...recent database/network issues have resulted in a HUGE load for busy Liaisons and residents who are doing their best to address every call they can.
