I noticed today we were all given notecards about what to do when returned items go missing/"missing"
I have now lost hundreds of L worth of AOs which had nothing to do with any objects being returned and a few friends have inventory items which just poofed as well.
Everyone is being told to file a bug report then send the RT# to Kona Linden; my question is, is this just to help pinpoint whats happening or are we going to get our items/money back somehow?
Myself and others would really appreciate an answer to this. I would like to look forward to a compensation for what went missing if my transaction history could be checked for proof of purchase and proof i did not transfer the items elsewhere.
(Interesting to note that while my AO pack was attached to my avatar for days, it was not listing in my inventory as an item i owned during this time. Upon a relog today it detached itself from my avatar and is now nowhere to be found.)
