I'm on my fourth attempt to reach your phone-based support in the U.S. to facilitate a password change for two accounts that no longer have valid emails. After 4-5 minutes on hold, I get shunted to a voice mail, yet it's only 4pm Pacfic Time. Do you not actually answer the phones during your stated business hours?

Fusichou, apologies for the inconvenience and taking your time--I believe the problem has to do with a limited number of support lines which we're in the process of expanding. It's definitely important to do this so you can get through and our support can help you!
Please *do* leave your name and phone number clearly when you get the voice mail so you can be called back as soon as is possible.
