Firstly, stipend isn't the most important thing to me, as I tend to make my own content for my avatar, however it does help to be able to upload textures etc. I've been away at university for a while, and have only just recently logged back on. I knew I wouldn't be getting stipend while I was away (basic account ya see, well, just until I finish the course and get back into work again). However, when I logged in earlier this week, this is what my account details showed me:  My next stipend day is in 2005? Is this a bug, or has stipend for basics been cancelled or limited, just curious.  |

When was the last time you logged in to this account? Was it prior to 10/4/2005? This date gets updated when you get a stipend, if you don't log in on a basic account and don't get a stipend then this can be out of date.
Yes, I would say that it is a bug because it should show the next date that you will actually get a stipend. It would help if you could submit a bug report from the Help menu -> Report Bug in Second Life.
