From what I can see, a cultural misunderstanding has ended up with an unfair dismissal. I really think this thread /140/d5/113894/2.html#post1092195 could do with some sort of Linden reply.
While I realise you are a private company, and don't need to explain yourself, this seems to be an issue that is causing a bit of concern, at least on the small community of the forum.
