A little problem with an account password reset

My sister and I share the same computer.
I did my steps by receiving the password reset mail, did the steps in it and I'm back on track...
Thing is, the moment she gave in the mail adress at account creation, she didn't care less what happened to it.
(all the intrest went to SL ^^)
So, also she gets troubled by this happening, and all of a sudden she doesn't remember the name of her e-mail adress... (Quite concerning, eh?)
Well, nor do I even remember it, must be in the family ^^.

Anyhow, I'm asking in my sisters name, what can she do to still save her account?
Is it possible to tell the name of her e-mail adress?
(I ASSUME she'll remember the password by then. If not, then I guess the trouble just started. But were not there yet)
Feel free to IM me, mail me, or PM in this forum or respond in this topic. I'll preferrably tell the account name self as soon as the rightly authorised person has asked me for this.

Kind regards and big hopes
(especially from her. But I think the nagging will 'cool off' a little when its a-okay again.
So I believe its also for my own good.)

We'll be able to help your sister over the support phone line on Monday Sept 11. Since the account is in her name, she'll have to be the one placing the call so we can verify her identity.

We apologize for this inconvenience. Our primary concern is the security of everyone's account, so thank you for your patience as we work towards this goal.
