Could someone explain to me what happens to a person's object/inventory if they leave an oject out when asked to leave a Sim due to rollover? I left a Pixel Dresser - which I had about 3,000 items inside of this thing - out when they did a rollover in Cypa a few weeks ago. Now it is no where to be found and I have not received any answers from Linden Help.

Sorry to hear of your lost, Cindel. During a sim rollback, a Resident's Inventory isn't affected. However, objects left out may disappear if the sim is rolled back to an earlier state before they were placed. Yes, this can result in stuff being lost.  Since it's been several weeks, you realistically won't get your dresser back, but on the off-chance should something similar ever happen again--and I hope it doesn't--it's best to use Help menu > Live Help and let a Linden Liaisons know right after you notice something missing, while the trail is still hot. It's worth a shot. |
