I agree that it is rediculous that this hasn't at least been acknowleged, or that LL hasn't posted their holiday customer support availability/hours.

I am not currently having a problem with TP's but I also did not install the last OPTIONAL "upgrade" Occasionally a TP will fail but when I immediately try again it works fine. I'm not sure if it's just a very busy slow grid or a problem with the optional update but I just wanted to let you know that is a possibility. Not sure if there is a way for you to revert to the version before the optional update.
