I'm sure it's more involved than just "banning camping," but if LL were to come out clearly with a statement that they're for or against it, instead of the shifting we've dealt with since dwell and DI and traffic and now Popular Places, it would go a long way towards dissuading other casino/club/store owners from implementing a system that taxes residents, bandwith and SL itself. Is this a solution that can be worked on? I believe it would be a truly positive step.

If someone's got an Effsey Nelson-style (ask him what that means, he's great *arf*) proposal on how to do it, we're all ears. I've heard a lot of "general ideas" but specific, actionable ones are rarer. Send wonderful diagramming my way. =)
