Excuse me folks but in the 2 years I have been here I have recieved replies from Support in anywhere from 20 minutes to 24 hours and in every case my issue was resolved. It really helps to be specific in your request and not to submit a general whine such as "it ain't right for all of these unverified people be allowed to exist" or "my SL don't work right."

If you submit a specific request you most likely will recieve a specific solution.

Of course I do have a specific question for LL. I have noticed that the resident answer forum is turning into the old time general forum with threads bemoaning the open registration policy etc. What are your plans for that forum if any? Thanks.
