How heck shout pls send help.

With this new update, the ability to shout by pressing Ctrl+Enter seems to have been disabled.

After having just made several things which really require shouting commands on various channels in order to be useful, I find it incredibly annoying that I have to keep clicking the button to shout. Is there some new shortcut that I wasn't notified about? Otherwise, I'm hoping this was a random bug.

On a side note, mousewheel scrolling through the chat window is borked as well.
