Message about Billing email addresss..

Yes, I realize I posted before, and got a response about something that said they would ask the web team to look at this, and trying to put my payment info on this, and I still get that same message when trying to add my payment information via my CC, which I know works. My original method of signing up was using the cell phone verification.. thanks again.
