Estate versus Mainland

I am reposting this because I did not get an anwer. Why is LL not addressing this issue?

Wondering what the latest is on whether or not we will ever be able to sort land in the land for sale window so that we only see what Mainland plots are for sale instead of having to wade through all the Estate listings.

So many of the estate listings are misleading or confusing. It would be great to be able to filter them out instead of having to tp to the land and see if there is a covenant or not. At the very least, how about a default symbol that would come up in the search window so we know what is Estate and what is not.

Thanks for your question. Yes, we are aware that the situation isn't as clear as it could be for estate vs mainland purchasing. We are now looking at ways to improve things in the viewer so that people are more aware of what they are buying and can find the sort of land they want more easily.

Hopefully we will have some progress on this soon, but I don't have any specific news for you as yet I'm afraid.
