Since you don't want to take steps to inform EVERY resident of your policy regarding copybot how about having everyone re-accept the TOS with the copybot policy in it. That way at least if they don't read the updated TOS it's their own fault and not yours for not getting the info to them?

You know everyone doesn't read the blog and you KNOW everyone did not attend the town hall. You changed the TOS and it is your responsibility to tell your residents about the change.

When the Terms of Service change we always do a re-acceptance. They haven't changed, which is why there hasn't been a new push. The clause that we cited regarding the copybot (section 4.2) is not a new section.
