Dear Lindens,
Thank you for all the great work you and your collegues are doing here. We understand you are all hard at work making SL even greater then it already is. But:
- My emails to support and congierge remain unanswered - My Voice-mail phone calls to your office are never called back - My forum post in this forum was deleted without notice.
What actions do I have to take to get the support that i'm in need of ?

Dear Kian, You didn't provide the details of the support you're looking for. Did you already look through the Knowledge Base?
