Hi!

I've sent two mails to the customer service, with details about my account (home location, friends list and so on) to reset my password without making an international call.

The first mail was sent right after the security breach happened, and i can understand that it was probably lost in all the mess during that period.

The second mail was sent on monday, over 48 hours ago, and i still haven't reiceved an answer.

Is 50+ hours an usual delay, or should i resend the mail, guessing it was lost like the first?


Edit: No, nothing in the spam filter, either...
