Why are peoples objects being wiped from sims?
Many of us run residential communities, business, or just spent a lot of time on personal things.
My residential community, Sea Country, has just added on an additional SIM about a week ago and I`m sitting here wondering WHEN things are going to dissolve off of it. Earlier today we had problems on the first sim and had to reset and it didn`t pop back up until about 5 minutes later. I basically paniced thinking it wouldn`t come back up. (As I have had to reset it multiple times in the past and it came back up almost immidiately)
Is there SOMEWAY to download onto our computers everything 'as is' on a sim like we are able to save the terrain files?
If our things come up missing from sims would it be of any help to contact you folks to do a rollback on that sim?
On a more personal note- Would you be willing to extend the month time you offer of "no tier fee" as we have not been able to add new development to the sim out of fear of things disappearing again?
Thanks

Whenever something like this happens, I'd like to see it happen before my eyes. I can't emphasize it enough: solid reproduction. Reason being, we can go step-by-step to see what happened wrong. Of course, we can always check the server logs, but this is ample coverage. I haven't seen any signs of mass content loss lately. The problems that we have had, we've moved to eradicate quickly: Announcements & NewsFrom: someone Is there SOMEWAY to download onto our computers everything 'as is' on a sim like we are able to save the terrain files? Sadly not at the present. Problem with that is can of worms: opens up potential for permissions monkeying (e.g., make copies of items by uploading a simstate, taking a bunch of stuff into your Inventory, then doing that again and again). Thanks[/QUOTE] I'm sorry, I haven't ever heard of this--you'd best ask the Concierge for further assistance.
